Je potrebn\u00e9 poznamena\u0165, \u017ee ak m\u00e1 nehnute\u013enos\u0165 spoluvlastn\u00edkov, ka\u017ed\u00fd pod\u00e1va odvolanie za seba \u2013 s\u00fahlas druh\u00e9ho vlastn\u00edka sa nevy\u017eaduje.<\/p>\n<p>\u017diados\u0165 je mo\u017en\u00e9 poda\u0165 pre tieto typy nehnute\u013enost\u00ed:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>s\u00fakromn\u00fd dom;<\/li>\n<li>byt;<\/li>\n<li>Obytn\u00e9;<\/li>\n<li>vidiecky dom;<\/li>\n<li>z\u00e1hradn\u00fd dom\u010dek;<\/li>\n<li>Usadlosti;<\/li>\n<li>Obytn\u00fd dom ka\u0161tie\u013esk\u00e9ho typu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Zatia\u013e nie je zn\u00e1me, kedy presne sa uskuto\u010dn\u00ed zv\u00e1\u017eenie vymenovania platieb.<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8222;Teraz sa za\u010dal proces zberu \u017eiadost\u00ed, tak\u017ee ich spracovanie na zaradenie do registra, ako aj pos\u00fadenie podstaty a post\u00fapenie platieb kompenza\u010dnou komisiou zriadenou v bud\u00facnosti, sa uskuto\u010dn\u00ed nesk\u00f4r. Zatia\u013e nie je stanoven\u00fd term\u00edn na pos\u00fadenie \u017eiadost\u00ed.
