Ukrajinsk\u00e1 spravodajsk\u00e1 slu\u017eba tak z\u00edskala pr\u00edstup k utajovan\u00fdm ofici\u00e1lnym dokumentom \u0161truktur\u00e1lnej jednotky Ministerstva dopravy Ruskej feder\u00e1cie \u2013 Rosaviatsiya, ktor\u00e1 je zodpovedn\u00e1 za bezpe\u010dnos\u0165 letov a zaznamen\u00e1va v\u0161etky n\u00fadzov\u00e9 situ\u00e1cie po\u010das pou\u017e\u00edvania rusk\u00e9ho letectva. Ako <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/t.me\/DIUkraine\/3126\">Hl\u00e1sen\u00e9<\/a> Na hlavnom riadite\u013estve spravodajstva vo \u0161tvrtok 23. novembra dokumenty nazna\u010duj\u00fa, \u017ee oblas\u0165 civiln\u00e9ho letectva v Rusku je na pokraji kolapsu.<\/p>\n<p>Po\u010das janu\u00e1ra 2023 bolo v ruskom civilnom letectve zaznamenan\u00fdch 185 leteck\u00fdch neh\u00f4d. Asi tretina z nich je kvalifikovan\u00e1 ako incidenty r\u00f4znych \u00farovn\u00ed nebezpe\u010denstva. V\u00e4\u010d\u0161ina problematick\u00fdch pr\u00edpadov \u2013 34 \u2013 je v pr\u00edpade rusk\u00e9ho lietadla na kr\u00e1tke vzdialenosti &#8222;such\u00e9ho superjetu&#8220;.<\/p>\n<p>V prv\u00fdch deviatich mesiacoch roku 2023 bolo v Ruskej feder\u00e1cii zdokumentovan\u00fdch 150 pr\u00edpadov technick\u00fdch por\u00fach lietadiel. V rovnakom obdob\u00ed v roku 2022 bolo zaznamenan\u00fdch 50 tak\u00fdchto incidentov. V d\u00f4sledku toho sa zv\u00fd\u0161enie nebezpe\u010denstva letov v Rusku strojn\u00e1sobilo.<\/p>\n<p>Najproblematickej\u0161\u00edmi oblas\u0165ami rusk\u00e9ho letectva zost\u00e1vaj\u00fa motory a podvozky, ako aj \u010fal\u0161ie d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 prvky: hydraulick\u00e9 syst\u00e9my, klapky a softv\u00e9r.<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8222;Agresorsk\u00fd \u0161t\u00e1t m\u00e1 v\u00e1\u017ene probl\u00e9my s \u00fadr\u017ebou lietadiel s ve\u013ek\u00fdm letov\u00fdm \u010dasom. Vzh\u013eadom na nedostatok kapac\u00edt a \u0161pecialistov v Moskve sa sna\u017eia preorientova\u0165 \u00fadr\u017ebu lietadiel do Ir\u00e1nu, kde sa pr\u00edslu\u0161n\u00e9 pr\u00e1ce vykon\u00e1vaj\u00fa bez pr\u00edslu\u0161n\u00e9ho osved\u010denia.&#8220;<\/em>, \u2013 uviedol vo vyhl\u00e1sen\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>V marci 2022 mali Rusi pribli\u017ene 820 civiln\u00fdch lietadiel zahrani\u010dnej v\u00fdroby. A ak v tom \u010dase len 10% z nich pre\u0161lo necertifikovan\u00fdmi opravami pomocou neautentick\u00fdch n\u00e1hradn\u00fdch dielov, teraz u\u017e takmer 70% leteckej flotily pre\u0161lo takouto &#8222;slu\u017ebou&#8220;.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00e4\u010d\u0161ina sovietskych lietadiel An-2 odteraz nem\u00f4\u017ee vzlietnu\u0165 zo zeme, preto\u017ee motory pre ne boli vyroben\u00e9 v Po\u013esku, ale kv\u00f4li sankci\u00e1m bola ich dod\u00e1vka zastaven\u00e1. Po\u010das janu\u00e1ra 2023 bolo z 220 plavidiel Airbusu dostupn\u00fdch v Rusku zaznamenan\u00fdch 19 r\u00f4znych odmietnut\u00ed. Konkr\u00e9tne bolo zaznamenan\u00fdch 17 pr\u00edpadov dymu v deviatich lietadl\u00e1ch pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00fdch spolo\u010dnos\u0165ou Aeroflot. Okrem toho z 230 lietadiel Boeing pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00fdch v Rusku bolo zaznamenan\u00fdch 33 technick\u00fdch por\u00fach ur\u010dit\u00fdch leteck\u00fdch syst\u00e9mov.<\/p>\n<p>Ako bolo uveden\u00e9 v Hlavnom riadite\u013estve spravodajstva, t\u00e1to situ\u00e1cia s rusk\u00fdm letectvom sa vyvinula v d\u00f4sledku sankci\u00ed, z ktor\u00fdch najbolestivej\u0161ie pre agresorsk\u00fa krajinu boli:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>z\u00e1kaz dod\u00e1vok lietadiel a n\u00e1hradn\u00fdch dielov pre ne;<\/li>\n<li>\u00fapln\u00e9 odmietnutie zachova\u0165 a poskytova\u0165 slu\u017eby;<\/li>\n<li>odmietnutie aktualiz\u00e1cie softv\u00e9ru;<\/li>\n<li>zadr\u017eanie rusk\u00fdch lietadiel v zahrani\u010d\u00ed;<\/li>\n<li>obmedzenie pr\u00edstupu k meteorologick\u00fdm inform\u00e1ci\u00e1m pre leteck\u00fa navig\u00e1ciu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hlavn\u00e9 riadite\u013estvo spravodajstva Ministerstva obrany Ukrajiny uskuto\u010dnilo kybernetick\u00fa \u0161peci\u00e1lnu oper\u00e1ciu proti Rosaviatsiya.
