Za prijatie z\u00e1kona hlasovalo 275 poslancov \u013eudu.<\/p>\n<p>Ako <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/t.me\/yzheleznyak\/3545\">Hl\u00e1sen\u00e9<\/a> \u013dudov\u00fd z\u00e1stupca z &#8222;Holos&#8220; Jaroslav Zheleznyak, od\u0161kodnenie bude poskytovan\u00e9 v\u00fdlu\u010dne za majetok (po\u0161koden\u00fd \/ zni\u010den\u00fd) od 24. febru\u00e1ra 2022. M\u00f4\u017eu by\u0165 z\u00edskan\u00e9 do troch rokov od ukon\u010denia alebo zru\u0161enia stann\u00e9ho pr\u00e1va. Zheleznyak zd\u00f4raznil, \u017ee z\u00e1kon sa nebude vz\u0165ahova\u0165 na predmety, ktor\u00e9 sa v \u010dase zavedenia stann\u00e9ho pr\u00e1va nach\u00e1dzali na do\u010dasne okupovanom \u00fazem\u00ed.<\/p>\n<div id=\"videoAdvWrapper1558538\"><\/div>\n<p>Navrhuje sa poskytn\u00fa\u0165 n\u00e1hradu v\u00fdlu\u010dne za po\u0161koden\u00e9 alebo zni\u010den\u00e9 obytn\u00e9 nehnute\u013enosti: byty, in\u00e9 obytn\u00e9 priestory (napr\u00edklad izby v intern\u00e1toch), domy ka\u0161tie\u013eneho typu, z\u00e1hradn\u00e9 a vidiecke domy, stavebn\u00e9 objekty, v ktor\u00fdch s\u00fa postaven\u00e9 nosn\u00e9 a vonkaj\u0161ie kon\u0161trukcie. Pr\u00e1vo na od\u0161kodnenie sa udel\u00ed len ob\u010danom Ukrajiny, na ktor\u00fdch sa nevz\u0165ahuj\u00fa sankcie a ktor\u00ed nemaj\u00fa z\u00e1znam v registri trestov za ohrozenie n\u00e1rodnej bezpe\u010dnosti.<\/p>\n<p>Majitelia zni\u010den\u00fdch bytov a in\u00fdch obytn\u00fdch priestorov dostan\u00fa osved\u010denie o b\u00fdvan\u00ed \u2013 dokument potvrdzuj\u00faci z\u00e1ruky \u0161t\u00e1tu na financovanie k\u00fapy bytu alebo in\u00fdch obytn\u00fdch priestorov. Majitelia s\u00fakromn\u00fdch domov bud\u00fa ma\u0165 na v\u00fdber \u2013 z\u00edska\u0165 potvrdenie o b\u00fdvan\u00ed na k\u00fapu bytu alebo domu alebo pe\u0148a\u017en\u00fa kompenz\u00e1ciu. Neexistuje maxim\u00e1lna v\u00fd\u0161ka kompenz\u00e1cie \u2013 pe\u0148a\u017enej ani vo forme potvrdenia o b\u00fdvan\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Certifik\u00e1t m\u00f4\u017eete pou\u017ei\u0165 do piatich rokov od d\u00e1tumu jeho vydania a je zak\u00e1zan\u00e9 ho odcudzi\u0165 do 5 rokov, s v\u00fdnimkou dedi\u010dstva.<\/p>\n<p>Ak je cena b\u00fdvania vy\u0161\u0161ia ako suma uveden\u00e1 v certifik\u00e1te, straten\u00e1 \u010das\u0165 kompenz\u00e1cie bude pr\u00edjemcovi vyplaten\u00e1 iba na \u00fakor finan\u010dn\u00fdch prostriedkov prijat\u00fdch z Ruska na kompenz\u00e1ciu str\u00e1t.<\/p>\n<p>Lehotu na podanie \u017eiadosti o n\u00e1hradu \u0161kody za zni\u010den\u00fd obytn\u00fd majetok je mo\u017en\u00e9 poda\u0165 po\u010das stann\u00e9ho pr\u00e1va a do jedn\u00e9ho roka odo d\u0148a jeho ukon\u010denia. K \u017eiadosti bude musie\u0165 by\u0165 prilo\u017een\u00e1 k\u00f3pia dokladu potvrdzuj\u00faceho vlastn\u00edctvo alebo nadobudnutie nehnute\u013enosti a, ak je k dispoz\u00edcii, fotografick\u00e9 a videoz\u00e1znamov\u00e9 materi\u00e1ly pred alebo po zni\u010den\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Pos\u00fadenie \u017eiadost\u00ed a rozhodnut\u00ed o poskytnut\u00ed alebo odmietnut\u00ed poskytn\u00fa\u0165 n\u00e1hradu za zni\u010den\u00fd majetok bude Komisiou na pos\u00fadenie ot\u00e1zok t\u00fdkaj\u00facich sa poskytnutia n\u00e1hrady. Tak\u00e9to komisie vytvoria v\u00fdkonn\u00e9 org\u00e1ny miestnych r\u00e1d, vojensk\u00fdch alebo vojensko-civiln\u00fdch spr\u00e1v os\u00e1d.<\/p>\n<p>Zdrojmi od\u0161kodnenia za po\u0161koden\u00fd a zni\u010den\u00fd majetok bud\u00fa:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>finan\u010dn\u00e9 prostriedky \u0161t\u00e1tnych a miestnych rozpo\u010dtov;<\/li>\n<li>fondy medzin\u00e1rodn\u00fdch finan\u010dn\u00fdch organiz\u00e1ci\u00ed, in\u00fdch verite\u013eov a investorov;<\/li>\n<li>medzin\u00e1rodn\u00e1 technick\u00e1 a\/alebo n\u00e1vratn\u00e1 alebo nen\u00e1vratn\u00e1 finan\u010dn\u00e1 pomoc;<\/li>\n<li>od\u0161kodnenie alebo in\u00e9 pokuty z Ruska;<\/li>\n<li>in\u00e9 zdroje, ktor\u00e9 pr\u00e1vne predpisy Ukrajiny nezakazuj\u00fa, vr\u00e1tane miestnych fondov zriaden\u00fdch na poskytovanie n\u00e1hrad a obnovu po\u0161koden\u00fdch\/zni\u010den\u00fdch (zni\u010den\u00fdch) nehnute\u013enost\u00ed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Verchovna rada na zasadnut\u00ed vo \u0161tvrtok 23. febru\u00e1ra prijala ako celok pr\u00e1vo o vytvoren\u00ed \u0160t\u00e1tneho registra majetku po\u0161koden\u00e9ho a zni\u010den\u00e9ho vojnou a o postupe pri jeho od\u0161kodnen\u00ed od \u0161t\u00e1tu.
